Each member firm is a separate legal entity, regulated in its own jurisdiction, and is solely responsible for the legal advice and other services it provides. The Alliance does not itself provide legal advice or enter into engagements with policyholders. Any engagement is with the relevant member firm and will be subject to that firm’s own terms. Membership of the Alliance does not create a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between member firms, and no member firm has authority to bind another.
